Title: Tools and Tricks for Medication Adherence in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Two licensed pharmacists will serve as speakers in this one-hour webcast. the first speaker will talk about barriers to adherence and how to structure interventions to incorporate behavioral economic principles. The second speaker will share their experience in developing and implementing.
Learning Objectives:
1) The learner will be able to describe various barriers to medication adherence in five dimensions: patient-related factors, therapy-related factors, social/economic factors, health system factors, and condition-related factors.
2) The learner will be able to apply behavioral economic principles to develop adherence interventions.
